How approvals work
You set a spending limit. Below it, we can book a trusted vendor right away. Above it, we send photos, the quote and our recommendation, then wait for your approval. Each step is logged in your report.
What we don't do
We don't do trade work ourselves or mark up vendor invoices without telling you. Licensed contractors do licensed work. Members of the Uniform family of services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool and more) are one option, never a requirement.
