Our standards
Visit windows
Each plan sets visit days and time windows. Reports are time-stamped and location-verified.
Key custody
Keys are coded, never labeled with your address, and stored securely. Access codes are restricted to your watcher and one named backup.
Backup coverage
Every home has a named backup watcher who knows the property, so visits continue during illness or vacations.
Escalation
Urgent findings get a phone call from the property. Other findings are rated by severity and assigned to someone in the report.
Credentials and insurance
Florida has no dedicated state license for home watch. We'll send our current certificate of insurance and our staff screening policy on request, and we can name your association as a certificate holder.
What home watch is not
